I began doing this without any lawyer, accountant, etc.. im 20 yrs old. I have always done secured loans with collateral in hand, but most people don’t want to give me the collateral for the loan to be secured. What’s a way around this without paying a lawyer lol

so, if i have $200,000 and i lend it out at 15% that's $30,000 a year or $2,500 a month. if lawyer, account and compliance officer cost roughly $3,000 and i make $2,500 per month how much profit is that? i've got over $200,000 and am interested, but seriously am concerned by costs vs. profit.
