  4. Investing (and honestly even banking in general) in Europe is just so fucking awful. Most banks are at or near the brink of collapse and charge horrendous fees even for simple deposit accounts. EU-native brokers are either grandpa's long-term portfolio manager or literally the world's shadiest neobrokers. Most of them don't even let you trade stocks, but of course EU parliamentarians think it's perfectly reasonable to gamble on CFDs with 50x leverage and horrible spreads but ETFs are too risky and must be strictly regulated. The few US-based brokers that are even available here have atrocious pricing for non-US residents (like a $10 per trade fee on TradeStation). And don't get me started on the tax situation, where you need a team of expert accountants to avoid jailtime because literally every asset class has different tax laws governing them and they change every year.

    The only broker that is remotely usable for serious, active trading (meaning non-CFD, available DOM, manageable commissions) is IBKR. And IBKR is still horrible because their autistic enforcement of Rule 144 makes trading small caps impossible, and their software has probably the worst UI/UX in the entire industry. It's all so tiresome.

  35. Thanks goodness I am not TR user.
    I was hired as TR chat support in an American branch of a BPO company, which name is "TTEC" that is operating in Bulgaria.
    I do stand by my recount because I personally experienced the ineffectiveness of their training. No brokerage or finance knowledge was needed to take the job. Only some writing and reading language skills.
    The brute truth is that no one from management, neither staff make head and tail of investments, assets, trading, tax offsetting and so on.
    The employees run through data sheets and macro manufactured scenarios, full with technical errors, misinformation and the like. It's not far out that the customers have the feeling they are chatting with bots.
    It's hard to make a difference indeed.
    Because the German project owners are not invested in any quality of work and time spending for getting people educated on subjects, just hustling through numbers of inquiries is what they rate most. What only matters is the end number of closed tickets, or so called solved tickets.
    The next ludicrous thing is that the support agents are not accredited to any demo app interface navigation learning in order to aid customers.
    It's still a mystery to me how the automatic system rejects orders by its own mind, without any objective market situation, without any refund recognition and reconsideration by the company itself as responsible for its own app faults.
    I was dumbfounded how easily TR tackles with delisted ISINs on the exchange without any warning or time scale for a customer to take informed decision.
    Want to trade some crypto, you have to come about a fat spread none of which you are bargained for in the contract. The ex-ante cost information almost never match the ask and bid cost at the time of order execution. You are going to buy at a higher price and sell at lower price.

  39. Stick with XRP and BTC as much as you can guys. If everyone sells when it starts to fall, which at one point it will, the dream may be lost because of it being too volatile for companies to get behind. just remember where it's going and don't be put off by short term fluctuations and don't facilitate this dream into becoming a nightmare. The coinbase thing will undoubtedly be replaced by another incident but it will always correct to higher until it's mooned naturally. Don't give up on it and start day trading it, it will take too much time and concentration. Remember XRP is probably bitcoin part 2. It is quite unfortunate that the most popular word lately amongst crypto enthusiasts and traders alike is “hodl.” This concept of “holding on for dear life” in itself may not be a bad idea but why hold on to an investment instrument which could make you some money, or make you very miserable tomorrow? Making a good profit off crypto is easy if and only if you can find the right entry point and exit point in your day trading. Someone I discovered that has tremendously helped me with this is Mr. Ivan Patrice. He has a system which is so effective it amazes me. I have been using his signals and strategies and have turned out a very impressive profit over the last two months. I would suggest him for beginners and even more experienced traders who have a problem turning in a consistent profit. His utube ivanpatrice
