I sold a property in Portland and thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it’s ripe enough, but how are other people in the same market raking in over $250k gains within months, I have been sitting on over $465K equity from home sale, is it the best time to buy into stocks or to diversify funds ?
I choose SPMO, PFIX, SPHD, SPYD as standout ETFs to buy in 2025. By investing in equal parts of each stock, you can expect to earn a 7.8% yield — which is roughly 3 times higher than the S&P 500 yield of 2.1%. I am seeking ways I could divest some of my portfolio, maybe around 340k, to include digital currencies. Is this going to be a healthy strategy?
My concern is how overvalued the S&P currently is compared to earnings. Around 208% if I’m not mistaken.

It’s wild how BlackRock is saying volatility is here to stay, but at the same time they still favor U.S. stocks over everything else. No doubt we’re in a new kind of economy, tariffs, shaky debt, global currency pressure, how do you even make the right moves in this environment?

Just converted all my DOGE to 78,000 XA19P.
Depends on your finances . 1000$ in XA19P is 4000 XA19P if it goes to 50% of ath in 2025 thats a 600% gain. If it goes equal to ath . Its a 1200% gain.
$XA19P is making me good profit, just dont know when to sell.
