I am currently in search of halal ETF funds and came across the Wahed FTSE USA Sharia ETF and the SoFunds S&P 500 Sharia industry exclusions. However, I noticed that these funds utilize a percentage-based approach to justify compliance with Riba (interest), which does not find support in the Quran or Sunnah. Could you please clarify why you would recommend investing in such funds? Thank you.
