Prosperity Code Series is a game-changer! "The Science of Getting Rich Decoded," "The Richest Man in Babylon Decoded," and "The Art of Money Getting Decoded" got my assets to 100k. Amazon Kindle! Found them amazing? Share a comment to inspire others.
SCHD is by far my largest holding with my share count approaching 8000. I don't expect more than 5% growth going forward. S&P's historic return is closer to 9%. If SCHD matches that return we can assume 4% yield + 5% growth = 9%. We have been in an unprecedented bull cycle since SCHD's inception (13 1/2 years). It's not going to continue like that. We have been spoiled.
I wasn’t financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone’s that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
Surprised he overcame the rich dad poor dad controversy
great information
Using Forex as my disposable income from investing my savings of 5k I gradually grew with the help of a pro to 70k after two months which gave me a headstart and I expanded to buying properties
Number one, no cash easy
I am interested in investing but the only limiting issue is money, I need to first sort out my disposable income.
Considering the ongoing faceoff in the middle east, and the possibility of a US/IRAN faceoff which could escalate global tensions, historical data do suggest a shift from stocks to other options like gold and bitcoin. I'm at lost as to how to shield my over $500k retirement portfolio from a crash as i have just a few years to retirement.
If bill gate, elonmusk, warrenbuffett lost all their assets, what would they want to keep only one thing.. I'm sure they want to keep their credit score, because credit score equals financial power, try to name 5 or 10 rich people you know.. I'm sure they ALL HAVE GOOD CREDIT.. TRUE OR VERY TRURE..
In 10:07, LOOSING instead of LOSING.
In 08:53, FOCUSSED instead of FOCUSED.
In 03:28, AQUICRING instead of ACQUIRING.
In a world of rising inflation, economic uncertainty and low interest rates, it's not a good time to keep large amount of cash in the bank it's not as safe as it seems. while traditional savings accounts offer security, they also come with hidden risks. With inflation eating away at the value of your dollar, the cash looses it's value.
As an investing enthusiast, I'm curious about the strategies top investors use to build their wealth. With $345K in equity from a recent home sale, I'm uncertain about the best next step – should I invest in stocks now or wait for a more opportune moment?
I'm a retired widow and proudly debt-free. Through investments in electric vehicle charging stations and solar energy, I'm now earning up to $27K profit weekly. It’s been a total game-changer—giving me peace, stability, and the freedom to enjoy life with everything I truly need.
Reacting to the title,
Your 6 assets better than cash is a pack of bollocks as usual.
You want to know the one asset that really worths it : EDUCATION.
You have cash, invest it in the education if your children and your education. It will keep you young, your mind sharp, up to date with reality, it will your empliyability high, it will set you free as being able to evaluate the quality of information, nobody will be able to bullshit you. The more you learn the more your curiosity is stimulated. It keeps your desire to discover more high. And Desire is a pre-historic force which is at the origin of life.
In a few words, YOU are the best asset that deserves ongoing investment. The return on investment is enormous.
Somebody proves me wrong. I am the living example of what I say.
I've spent 10 years of my life investing in both stock and Gold and I made a lot of money in them. Sometimes in 2019 I discovered crypto and started investing in it as well. I realized it was by far much more profitable. Now my life feels much easier and better…

No problem making a million – it’s the keeping it part I have yet to master!
Yuvarani you copied this video 😂
This is a good video, so apologies for nitpicking. At 7 minutes in…. i'm pretty sure the England and Wales Cricket Board had very little to do with bailing out Greece. Perhaps it was the European Central Bank? Just need to be careful with the logos used. The blue one with the three lions is the cricket one.
Chinese yuan is not strong😂😂
like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
It's so good
Invest in GOD !!
GOLD, OIL and DRUGS !!
You work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires
You can buy money made of gold that's spendable already. If not you won't be able to spend the gold.
To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income particularly weekly or monthly basis. That's The key to being financially stable
Excellent analysis, I have never seen an analysis as well structured as yours. Look, I have been investing in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend income since 2020, I have a total of 734 thousand dollars, with my 83 thousand I am very grateful for all the knowledge and information you have given me.

Your videos have been great!! I am one of your viewers and have been watching your videos lately. I would like to invest but I still can't seem to find the right investment to get into. I would appreciate any help here.
I'm amazed by the value stability of MPAY on the Toronto stock exchange in Canada, and it gives 9.3% cash dividends. Called Global X Mid-Term U.S. Treasury Premium Yield ETF.
I use all my money buying iron rods and pile for building construction
Utterly
Thanks for continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 every 2 weeks even though I barely trade myself.
This year, I invested 10k in Digital Assets and turned it into six figures within a few months—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for investing because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, you have an awesome content!
Investment is good but they ask you where you live proof of address to much bs
You continually make predictions that never happens.
Stop being an idiot!
Once you put cash in the bank it's not cash anymore
